NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

* Salary in range £40k-50k, OTE bonus of £15k UNCAPPED , Car or Car Allowance, Pension

* Midlands Based

Our client is a specialist in providing innovative award winning mobility solutions for with medium to large corporates with significantly sized workforces and fleets of vehicles. Their solutions provide:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Generate new business through a structured blend of direct approach, visits, networking and referrals.

* Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage and win new business prospecs to achieve ambitious sales targets

* Utilise a range of data sources including internal databases and CRM system.

* Follow structured sales processes to close business.

* Work closely with the account management team to discuss pipeline and new business wins

* Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.

PERSON PROFILE - ESSENTIAL ASPECTS

* A proven new business hunter with a passion for forging new relationships.

* A proven record of generating and closing opportunities with SME and corporate clients

* A self-starter, comfortable working remotely and managing their diary effectively.

* Demonstrable ability to plan effectively and ensure time is managed efficiently.

* Excellent interpersonal skills and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

* Excellent negotiator who can balance the requirements of company and clients.

* Confident and articulate communicator.
