Job Title: New Business Consultant (Recruitment)
Location: Hybrid (regular office attendance in Nottingham, M1 J27 will be necessary)
Hours: 37.5 per week, 5 days a week
Salary Range: £30,000-£32,000 Basic + Open Ended Commission Plan

The role of New Business Recruitment Consultant
Our client has a unique opportunity for a New Business Recruitment Consultant with at least 2 years' experience to join their team and be part of a new venture recruiting for our clients' contract and permanent positions. This position holds a blank canvas for somebody who has the desire to succeed and shape their own career development, responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships within the recruitment industry.
The ideal candidate will largely work remotely but will need to regularly attend the office based in Nottingham J27.

Key Responsibilities

New business development through identifying and prospecting potential new clients
Relationship building, cultivating and maintaining strong connections with key decision makers
Growing your desk by achieving and exceeding individual and team targets for revenue generation and placements
Candidate resourcing alongside the current team
Market awareness, keeping up to date with industry trends, market changes, and developments in the recruitment and hiring landscape
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to both clients and candidates at all stages of the recruitment processAbout You
This role will require a dynamic and results driven individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Somebody who has a desire to succeed, a self-starter and team player.

Skills Required

Current or previous business development experience in the recruitment industry, specific experience of the IT services sector would be beneficial.
Proven and tangible evidence of winning business and developing and nurturing client relationships and will also have a comprehensive knowledge of the full range of recruitment offerings/solutions.
Solid experience of working within a team environment and will understand when and where to call upon the expertise of the wider Stoneseed community, co-ordinating activity is key in designing, developing, pricing and delivering the required client solution.
Must be comfortable with cold calling prospective clients and using lead generation tools (e.g. LinkedIn and CRM)
Demonstrable experience of managing and growing a sales pipeline and the relating stages of the sales cycle; an understanding of the ratios therein necessary to produce the volume of client wins needed by the business
Experience of having influenced decisions through building solid individual relationships, gaining in-depth understanding of client need and designing a compelling proposition that meets the organisation's business strategy
