The Role of the New Business Account Manager:

* The New Business Account Manager will play a key role in driving forward growth by managing and expanding our portfolio. This position requires a results-oriented individual with strong relationship-building skills to nurture some existing business and generate new opportunities within the packaging sector. Confidence in delivering presentations, effective prospecting, negotiation skills, and a service-driven mindset are essential for success in this role

Key Responsibilities of the New Business Account Manager:

* Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

* Generate new business by identifying and pursuing prospective clients.

* Deliver compelling presentations showcasing our clients’ products and services.

* Conduct effective prospecting through phone and face-to-face interactions.

* Negotiate pricing, quotations, and terms to secure new business deals.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

* Maintain a balance between sales and service-driven approaches.

* Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

* Undertake presentations on client’s site to secure new business opportunities.
