Title: New Build Mortgage Advisor

Location: Hybrid role 2/3 days a week in Solihull

We are working with a Solihull based Mortgage Brokerage specialising in new build mortgages. This role requires someone who already has new build/new homes mortgage advice experience. The role is a hybrid employed position and having some of your own contacts in the new build sector is advantageous.

New Build Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

* Advise customers on the best mortgage for them

* Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.

* Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.

* Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.

Experience needed to become a New Build Mortgage Advisor;

* Minimum 1 years as a new build mortgage advisor

* CeMAP and CAS is required
