Network Engineer - 2nd/3rd Line - CCNA - Hybrid Working - London - £50k - £55k pa
Our IT Services client based in London is looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join their expanding team.
You will be involved in all aspects of 2nd / 3rd line support (Networks, computer hardware,App Server S/W, Operating systems etc. You will also be expected to mentor the junior members of the team. Additional responsibilities include - overseeing the Voice Network and producing client facing documentation.
It is expected that you will have at least 5 years Network Engineering experience in a dynamic environment, you will have sound all round experience and knowledge of Voice Networks, Physical Infrastructures and have strong third line experience. In addition you will have solid ITIL process and practices experience along with valid CCNA certification.
The role is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
