Neighbourhood Response Officer
Based in Bow
Covering - Tower Hamlets, occasional cover for Havering and Waltham Forest.
£18.81per hour
One year experience as housing office or housing environment (transferable skills).
Working collaboratively with other teams, external agencies and residents you'll ensure that Neighbourhoods are clean and safe, identify improvements, carry out fire risk assessment, estate inspections and investigate breaches of tenancy. We'll look to you develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers as well as working with local resident groups to develop local community facilities, activities and events.
You'll be required to regularly travel across North London to meet our residents, depending on the requirements of the business
