Description:
Experienced Neighbourhood Housing Officers required to work with leading housing association's housing divison in Gateshead.
My clients housing divison is looking to recruit 3 x experienced, professional Neighbourhood Housing Officers to join their growing and ambitious team.
Your role will ensure you deliver a customer focused, comprehensive and responsive first point of contact for tenants to resolve any issues in their tenacies supporting to create safe and clean neighbourhoods.
Pay rate: £15.50 - £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 2 x full time Monday - Friday and 1 x part time Thursday & Friday with the alternate Wednesday.
Dates: ASAP start
Requirements: Previous experience in Neighbourhood Housing is essential. Vehicle and Driving Licence are also essential.
