Full Time – 36.25 Hours, Permanent

RBH currently have an opportunity for a Neighbourhood Housing Manager to join our Customer and Communities Services on a full-time, permanent basis.

Managing, training and developing a team of patch-based neighbourhood housing officers, you’ll deliver a high quality, professional customer facing service. Acting as portfolio lead for one of three key housing management functions – lettings, anti social behaviour and safeguarding.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who:

* Provides professional advice on housing management and related matters, so that key decisions are taken with full knowledge , and where risks are mitigated.

* Provides strong operational management which will develop and embed a high-performance, customer-focussed culture.

* Identifies and develops service improvements which provide value for money and a strong customer focus.

* Works with the Neighbourhood Housing Lead to translate legislative requirements into operational delivery.

* Ensures RBH policies and procedures are adhered to and monitored by effective quality assurance reviews.

What we are looking for?

* CIH Level 3 or willingness to work towards it.

* Qualified or proficient in English, Maths & I.T.

* Demonstrable experience of neighbourhood housing management at an operational level.

* Awareness and empathy of social issues that might impact RBH customers, and respect for diverse, individual needs

* Ability to lead, motivate and inspire colleagues
