Are you looking for a new opportunity for a Housing Association based in South Wales? I'm currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Assistant to join a Housing Assassination based in South Wales on a temporary contract. This opportunity comes with a lot of benefits and is hybrid working.
Job Title: Neighbourhood Assistant
Hourly Rate: 18 p/h - 23 p/h via umbrella
Location: South Wales
Neighbourhood Assistant responsibilities:
Dealing with allocations, mutual exchanges and end of tenancy
Provide appropriate advice in respect of all tenancy issues
Maintain accurate record and statics relating to the work of the section
Assist with the control/monitoring of the section budgets
Neighbourhood Assistants requirements:
Previous experience in Social Housing and General Needs
Clean DBS
Available within 1 week
