Key Responsibilities:
Daily inspections, site records, and photos
Working collaboratively with the Contractor, Design team, and other support teams
Supporting the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager
Supervising activities of the Graduate
Supporting the assessment of TQ/RFI's
Support for assessment of Compensation Events and quotations
Support for assessment of Valuation and Cost Forecast
Support for assessment of Programme
Supporting the junior member of staff
Supporting the communications teams with photos/updates on works
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in highway site construction
Experience with NEC contracts
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to cover night time civils and surfacing works
A valid driving license
