Description:
Escape Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a NDT Technician to join our Client on a permanent basis based in Glenrothes.
The role will involve undertaking NDT, you will be expected to inspect, interpret, evaluate, and report by recommended practice, set procedures, national and international specifications, and standards.
Technicians shall be qualified as a minimum to the level of PCN Level II. Full training will be provided to secure further PCN certs in Visual Inspection & Weld Inspection
Magnetic Particle testing MT
Ultrasonic Testing: 3.1 & 3.2 Weldments
Liquid Penetrant Testing: PTThe candidate must be competent in using a desktop computer, and be fluent in the Microsoft Office suite of software to record, validate and issue appropriate inspection documents.
Basis hourly rate is £17.01 per hour, Shift allowance £2.79ph (£19.80ph)
Shift pattern: dayshift/nightshift on a two-week rotation (5 days, 4 nights)
Overtime available, time and half through the week and double time on Sundays.
