The Role

We are seeking an experienced NDT Technician with a minimum of two years’ industry experience to carry out non-destructive testing and inspection activities on pressure vessels and associated components within the oil and gas/power industries.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products meet industry standards, customer specifications and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform non-destructive testing on pressure vessels, welds and fabricated components.

* Conduct inspections using Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Dye Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiographic Testing (RT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

* Interpret and evaluate inspection results in accordance with relevant codes and standards.

* Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.

* Work closely with production, welding and quality teams to resolve inspection findings.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.

Essential Requirements

* Minimum two years’ experience as an NDT Technician.

* PCN Level 2 Certification in MT, PT, RT, and UT.

* Experience in the oil and gas industry.

* Knowledge and experience of inspecting pressure vessels, welded fabrications and associated components.

* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and welding documentation.
