National Sales Manager
UK Wide | Field-Based | £45,000-£50,000 + £500 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing and ambitious business looking to appoint an experienced National Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the UK.
This is a highly autonomous role, ideal for someone who enjoys winning new business, building strong relationships and managing their own territory and diary.
The Role
Develop and deliver a national sales strategy.
Identify and convert new business opportunities.
Build and develop long-term customer relationships.
Grow and manage a network of customers and partners.
Identify new markets and routes to market.
Manage your own pipeline, forecasting and CRM.
Attend customer meetings, events and exhibitions.
Work closely with the senior team to drive continued growth.
About You
Proven experience in a field-based sales or business development role.
Strong track record of winning new business.
Commercially driven and target focused.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Highly organised with the ability to manage your own diary and territory.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
Package
£45,000-£50,000 basic salary
£500 per month car allowance
Uncapped commission after 6-month probation
