The Role
Growing national accounts and strengthening relationships across wholesale channels.
Winning new business by spotting opportunities early and converting them into long‑term revenue.
Negotiating commercial deals that protect margin and drive profitable growth.
Tracking performance, competitor pricing and market trends to stay ahead of the sector.
Driving distribution, visibility and category performance across key accounts.
Reporting monthly on sales activity, revenue, profitability and forecasts.
Working directly with the company directors to deliver — and exceed — agreed sales and profit targets.
Requirements
Who You Are
A well‑rounded FMCG sales or national account manager with deep experience in drinks, food or consumer goods.
Someone who has spent years building relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision‑makers — and knows how to influence at board level.
Commercially sharp, confident in pricing strategy, margin protection and promotional planning.
