The Role:
We supply logistics businesses with hundreds of temporary staff every day, 365 days a year. Your primary focus will be to provide crucial support to this diverse portfolio of customers and also serve as primary contact for our 100+ office network- you really will be at the heart of our National Accounts department.
Reporting to a National Account Manager, you'll dive headfirst into intensive coaching from day one, immersing yourself in high-profile accounts and participating in pivotal meetings with senior management. You'll encounter a myriad of business scenarios, collaborating closely with various Driver Hire team members to forge meaningful relationships across all levels.
You'll also be at the forefront of our exciting new project, a technology solution changing the way logistics recruitment works for our customers. With this exciting project on the horizon, the possibilities for personal and professional growth are endless.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Your journey as a National Accounts Executive will be varied and stimulating, requiring flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Promptly responding to incoming calls and emails
* Cultivating robust relationships with key stakeholders, including our extensive office network and valued customers
* Harnessing data to support proposals and presentations through meticulous analysis and review
* Executing a range of administrative tasks, from charge rate maintenance to website upkeep and paperwork management
* Collaborating with National Account Managers and our Marketing team to devise innovative marketing strategies for our clients
* Ensuring seamless booking fulfilment by monitoring and proactively engaging our office network
* Providing both administrative and customer support for our, new to market, technology solution
About You:
This role is tailor-made for an ambitious individual, hungry for growth and eager to make their mark. While a degree-level education is preferred, prior experience in the sector is not mandatory. We prioritise candidates with a thirst for knowledge and a can-do attitude. Key attributes for success in the National Accounts Executive role include:
