Music Teacher
JustPlay Music School is seeking an experienced Music Specialist Classroom teacher for 2 to 3 days per week at a wonderful Catholic Primary School in Lower Sunbury on Thames. This is a permanent role with opportunities to extend throughout the school week as well as with JustPlay in other roles. Beginning September 2024
The role will deliver the national curriculum of music to years Reception to Year 6 and work closely with the School and JustPlay to deliver in-house Choir and extra curricular clubs during and after school.
This role is suited to an individual who can communicate and inspire pupils to find their artistic voice through music. Curriculum is currently provided and candidates willing to build upon the syllabus and provide additional themes inline with the schools wider curriculum and ethos will be welcome and supported.
The Primary School and its Community are highly supportive of the arts and many of the teaching staff are hands-on when it comes to taking part and supporting musical events in the school.

* Plucked Strings
* Choir leading
* Experience with lessons planning
* Music National Curriculum
An enhanced DBS is required for this role, QTS is desirable but not essential.
