We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and passionate Secondary Music Teacher to join welcoming secondary schools across Chesterfield and Sheffield on a full-time basis, starting September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated teacher to inspire students through engaging and creative music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The successful candidate will:

Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have experience teaching Music within a secondary school setting
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire a love of music
Be confident teaching practical and theory-based lessons
Have strong classroom management skills
Be committed to supporting students of all abilitiesResponsibilities include:

Planning and delivering high-quality Music lessons
Assessing and monitoring student progress
Encouraging creativity, performance, and participation
Supporting extracurricular music activities where appropriate
