Music Teacher (0.4 FTE)

Location: Faringdon, Oxfordshire

Pay: £90 - £211.96 per day

Type: Part-time (0.4 FTE), Tuesday & Thursday, fixed-term contract

Dates: ASAP - 23/07/2024

This popular and well respected 11-18 secondary school is seeking an Music Teacher to deliver the subject across Key stages 3&4 until the end of the academic year. The post has arisen due to temporary staff absence and the covering Music Teacher will need to deliver a mixture of theory, practical and music technology classes to student across key stages 3&4. Naturally some adaption of lesson plans will inevitably be required however the majority of the groundwork is done.

This post could suit an ECT just having finished their placements and looking for work for the remainder of the academic year or a more experienced teacher. Preference is for a UK qualified Music Teacher with UK QTS and teaching experience in UK schools. However, if you have tangible experience relating to delivering UK English curriculum as a Music Teacher, perhaps at an international school, then we'd be very interested in hearing from you.
