Music and Drama Teacher
Torfaen
Start date: September 2024
Contract type: Fixed term until August 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am-15:00pm
Term time only
An exciting opportunity has arisen in a lovely secondary school in the Torfaen area to teach Music and Drama on a fixed 1 year school contract. The school is situated close to public transport links and has a large onsite car park. You’d be joining a friendly and supportive department. The school are seeking a fully qualified teacher that is able to cover both Music and Drama up to KS4.
About you:
Fully qualified teacher with QTS.
Keen interest in Music and Drama.
Able to teach across key stages 3 and 4.
Passionate about inspiring young learners.
Able to commit to full-time hours until August 2025.
Classroom based experience and confident with behaviour management.
About the role:
Fixed contract until August 2025.
Initially start via Teaching Personnel between September- December.
Mixed timetable of Music and Drama classes.
Includes responsibilities of lesson planning, marking, parents evenings.
