Multi Trader – Property Maintenance
Location: Wyton, PE28
Salary: Up to £36,982.40 per annum, depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established property maintenance company, carrying out planned repairs and maintenance across military family housing in Wyton and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, customer-focused tradesperson to join a long-term maintenance contract, helping ensure properties are safe, comfortable and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out plumbing repairs and minor installations.
Undertake carpentry repairs and basic joinery.
Complete a variety of general property maintenance and repair works.
Diagnose faults and identify effective repair solutions.
Work across occupied and void properties.
Use a PDA or digital system to update job records and complete work orders.
Maintain high standards of health and safety, workmanship and customer service.
Requirements
Experience in a Multi Trade or property maintenance role.
Good working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.
Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently.
Experience working in occupied and void properties.
NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade is desirable.
Additional trade qualifications are advantageous.
Full, valid UK driving licence.
DBS and security clearance, or willingness to undertake the necessary checks.
Professional manner with a strong focus on customer service.
