You'll be responsible for attending customer sites, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, and using your plumbing and general maintenance experience to diagnose and resolve issues.

Your Role As A Multi-Trader Will Include:
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across customer sites.
Plumbing repairs, maintenance and fault finding.
General building maintenance and multi-trade repairs.
Basic electrical, mechanical and carpentry tasks where required.
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently.
Working directly with customers and providing a professional service.
Completing maintenance work to a high standard while following health and safety procedures.
The Successful Multi-Trader Will Have:
A strong plumbing background / carpentry with experience in general maintenance or multi-trade work.
Experience carrying out reactive and planned maintenance.
Good practical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently at customer sites.
Full UK driving licence.
Willingness to travel locally as part of the role.
