Working Hours:
* 6-week cycle:
* 1 week working at the Scotland Plant (on call)
* 1 week working at the Gateshead Plant (on call)
* 4 weeks working at Gateshead Plant (standard)

The Job You’ll Do:
* Attend and rectify electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance across plant equipment.
* Fault find and repair electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
* Service and maintain machinery including conveyors, motors and gearboxes.
* Change bearings, motors, gearboxes, conveyor belts and associated components.
* Calibrate, inspect and test plant equipment.
* Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
* Carry out fault finding on three-phase electrical systems.
* Keep management and operational teams updated on maintenance progress.
* Participate in the on-call rota and Scottish site rotation.
About You:
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years' engineering maintenance experience.
* Electrical bias or strong multi-skilled background.
* Experience using electrical testing equipment
* Strong fault-finding skills on electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
* Experience working with three-phase electrical systems.
* Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
