Are you a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a Level 2 or above electrical qualification looking for an autonomous, days-based Monday to Friday maintenance role where you'll become the go-to engineering expert while receiving forklift and telehandler training?

Founded in the late 1970s as a family-owned business, this UK manufacturer produces liquid fertilisers, foliar nutrients, and animal feed supplements, while also supplying AdBlue and specialist fluid products, providing reliable, high-quality solutions to the agriculture, transport, and industrial sectors across the UK.

In this role you will take ownership of planned and reactive maintenance across the site's production equipment, carrying out mechanical and electrical fault finding to minimise downtime. You will maintain and improve manufacturing machinery, support new equipment installations, manage engineering spares and work closely with production to keep operations running efficiently. This is a days-based role in Telford, Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 7:00am-4:00pm.

This role would suit a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a Level 2 or above electrical qualification looking to take ownership of site maintenance in a growing manufacturing business, while receiving forklift and telehandler training.

The Role:

Carry out planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance across production equipment
Fault find and repair filling lines, blending equipment, pumps, conveyors and associated machinery
Support the installation, commissioning and continuous improvement of production machinery
Manage engineering spare parts and liaise with suppliers and contractors
Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency
Receive forklift and telehandler training
Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 7:00am-4:00pmThe Person:
