Job Title - Multi-trade engineer
Location - Southeast London area
Pay rate - £20 -30per hour CIS s-e + company vehicle & fuel card (night work)
Our client, a well-established family run maintenance contractor based in the South East is looking for experienced multi-trades for commercial contracts doing maintenance and refurbishment works across Southeast London. The work is primarily doing pub repairs and maintenance across various locations in London and the south.
Ideally we are looking for electrically and plumbing trained engineer, who will be competent to disconnect and reconnect the equipment in the pub kitchens during flooring installations.
Requirements-
- Experience in electrical installations & plumbing work.
- Skills in carpentry, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, floor laying all an advantage.
- Good customer service skills as you will be attending pubs regularly in your designated area and discussing the works required to be carried out with the landlords.
Travel around London and the West area will be required. Travel time paid by agreement.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday minimum 8 hours but mainly working nights paid at 1.5 x normal nights.
Company van and fuel card when provided for business use only & need to be kept at home.
Long term ongoing work available on self - employed basis.
Immediate start available.
