Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer, 4 weeks + cover, start 29/07/2024, £200 a day, Central London
A leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor who specialise in providing building maintenance and servicing have a key requirement for an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join them for 4 weeks + cover in Central London.
As the Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer, you will be:
Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be static based at a commercial site.
Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be carrying out PPM's on electrical plant as well as completing basic mechanical tasks on building systems, pumps, chillers, heating, FCU's, AHU's.
Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be completing reactive and repairs on mechanical systems and will also be required to carry out basic plumbing when needed.
Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be required to carry out electrical tasks.
Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be working Monday - Friday
As the Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer, you will need:
Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will need to live within a commutable distance to Central London
Electrical Bias Building Services will need an Electrical qualification and 17th or 18th Edition
Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will need to be able to produce RAMS as well as attend weekly meetings with the client.
