Multi-Skilled Carpenter & Maintenance Operative
We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Carpenter to work on a social housing contract based in South Derbyshire.
Requirements:
City & Guilds or NVQ in Carpentry/Wood Occupations
Experience in wood repairs and maintenance within occupied (tenanted) properties
Multi-skilled experience preferredDuties include:
Door repairs and replacements
Kitchen cupboard repairs and fitting
Skirting board installation and repairs
Architrave fitting and repairs
General carpentry maintenance in tenanted propertiesWhat's on offer:
£20.27 per hour - Umbrella CIS or PAYE
Van, tools and fuel card provided
Start date: Approximately 2 weeks
