What You'll Be Doing

Designing multi‑utility networks (electricity, gas and water) for residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments

Preparing accurate cost estimates, technical proposals and tender submissions

Working closely with developers, contractors and internal teams to deliver compliant, efficient and commercially sound designs

Reviewing drawings, specifications and site information to create robust, value‑engineered solutions

Supporting project teams with design queries and technical guidance

Contributing to process improvements and helping refine internal design standards

What You'll Bring

Experience in multi‑utility design and/or estimating within utilities, IDNO/IGT, ICP or construction environments

Strong understanding of utility infrastructure, industry standards and regulatory requirements

Ability to interpret technical drawings, site plans and engineering documentation

A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with excellent attention to detail

Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers and stakeholders

Ambition to grow, develop and take on more responsibility as the business expands
