Description:
TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Bridgend & surrounding areas. They are looking for experienced Multi traders to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a long-term social housing contract.
The work is mostly external property maintenance such as:
* Groundworks.
* Roofing
* Brickwork
* Drainage
Internal property maintenance included plastering, rendering, dry lining, and mold washing.
Hours: Monday – Friday.
Pay: £16.50 - £18.50 Per hour
Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* NVQ trade qualification(s)
* Multi trade experience
* Full current driving licence.
* A DBS check is required before commencement of role
