£20.27 PH CIS
Van & fuel card supplied for business use
8 till 5 - Mon to Fri
We’re recruiting experienced Multi Traders to support energy-efficient and low-carbon housing upgrades across a social housing portfolio. You’ll be part of a reactive maintenance and helping improve the sustainability and performance of occupied homes.
The Role:
You’ll carry out a range of maintenance designed to improve tenant comfort, energy efficiency, and building performance, including:
Basic carpentry ( door undercuts )
Damp & Mould repairs
Concrete slabs in preparation (Heat pumps)
Install window trickle vents Video interviews taking place asap
Requirements:
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, etc.)
Full UK driving licence
