Multi Trader – Social Housing (Perm)
Location: West London
Salary: £45,000 per year

Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join our client delivering maintenance services within the social housing sector across West London. This is a permanent opportunity.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. The role requires a strong background in either carpentry or plumbing, alongside general multi-trade skills.

Key Responsibilities

* General repairs and maintenance in social housing properties

* Carpentry

* Plumbing

* Tiling

* Patch plastering

* Painting and decorating

* Damp and mould treatment

Requirements

* Strong carpentry or plumbing skills

* NVQ in relevant trade

* Proven experience working in social housing (essential)

* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
