Multi Trade Operative
???? Newham, East London ???? Up to £40,660 + Company Vehicle
We are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering Newham and surrounding areas.
Duties
Carry out day-to-day repairs in residents' homes
Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance works
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
Provide excellent customer service
Work safely and maintain high-quality standards
Requirements
Previous experience as a Multi Trader
Experience working in social housing or occupied properties
Carpentry and/or plumbing skills
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK
DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)
