Description:
We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to work across various locations across North London & Hertfordshire.
Carrying out building maintenance activities, with repairs undertaken where necessary, to achieve the highest level of service to the client in the most cost-effective, technically competent, and safe manner.
You should be capable of working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements, and ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
You will carry out reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work, including but not restricted to; carpentry, tiling, roofing, basic plumbing, basic electrical, guttering, decorating, plastering, fault finding, and leak investigations.
