Are you a good plumber

If so please read on 

We are looking for a Plumber who has worked in Social Housing before 

You will carry out a variety of plumbing work across occupied and void residential properties, including:

1st and 2nd fix plumbing Plumbing repairs and maintenance Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs Installing and replacing sanitary ware and pipework Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes

You will be part of a responsive repairs and maintenance service, taking ownership of repairs from diagnosis through to completion.

### About You

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties The ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently A good understanding of health and safety requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills A full UK driving licence

Relevant trade qualifications and experience working across a range of maintenance tasks would be advantageous
