Multi trader – Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing)

Ealing

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Multi trader to join a Reactive Maintenance team, working across the area's social housing properties.

The Role

Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties

Repair and maintain occupied properties

Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing

Qualifications NVQ Level 2 or equivalent

Ability to work independently in a reactive environment

Good customer service and communication skills

Full UK driving license

What We Offer

£725 take home a week after tax

£22 an hour paid via CIS

42.5-hour working week
