Multi Trader - Social housing repairs and maintenance
You must have your own vehicle to use.
Location: Chelmsford, Colchester and Southend
£200 - £220 per day self-employed.
Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to carry out building services and maintenance works in occupied properties across Essex.
This is an on-going temporary contract with a view to go permanent if things work well.
Main duties include:
Carpentry repairs
Plumbing repairs
Plastering
Painting & decorating
General building maintenance
FlooringSocial housing experience and building services experience are essential for this position, along with full tools and a UK driving licence.
