Description:
Our client, a respected family-run construction company, are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join their team on a high-end residential project.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work and is happy to get involved wherever needed. While the role will primarily involve stud work and plasterboarding initially, you'll also be expected to support the wider site team with a range of construction tasks.
Duties will include:
* Metal and timber stud work.
* Plasterboarding and drylining.
* Assisting with site deliveries and moving materials.
* Digging trenches and general groundworks.
* Painting and making good.
* Basic brickwork and patch repairs.
* General labouring and supporting other trades as required.
* Keeping the site clean, safe and organised.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Multi-Trade
* Strong experience with stud work and plasterboarding is essential.
* Ability to carry out a range of general construction tasks.
* Positive attitude and willingness to muck in as part of a small team.
* Own tools
* Full 3 Point PPE
* Valid CSCS card
* Reliable, punctual and able to work to a high standard.
