With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Multi Trader based in Twickenham

Day to Day duties of a Multi Trader:

Carpentry: Skirting, hang doors
Kitchen fitting
Reactive maintenance
Plastering: Patch plastering
Painting and decorating e.g. small paint jobs
Plumbing: Tap changes, minor plumbing repairs, bathroom fitting
UPVC: Repair of windows and door locks
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Multi Trader:

Experience in domestic properties
Good social skills
Good customer service
Driving License
