Description:
We are seeking experienced multi-trades people to undertake maintenance work on a portfolio of properties. Some of the properties are empty, others are occupied, so strong customer service skills are also needed.
You will be required to trace, diagnose and rectify faults. A vehicle will be provided together with parts and materials needed to carry out the works. You will be responsible for all tools and equipment held in the vehicle and guard against loss or theft.
Candidates suited to this role will have gained a minimum of 3 years previous trade experience in the building maintenance industry. You will need to be able to follow instructions both verbally and written, including drawings and diagrams.
Hours of work are 40 per week, however, you may have to go on a rota for emergency out of hours work also as and when required
