Description:
TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Multi Trader to join a property maintenance company in Warwick, working within their social housing sector. The suitable Multi Trader will need to have strong carpentry and plumbing knowledge and will be based in Warwick.
The starting salary for this Multi Trader role is £32-33K but with on target earnings and overtime/call out, it can amount to £37-38k. This role will be onsite, Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00 (42.5 hour week).
As a Multi Trader your duties will be –
* Working on all aspects of responsive maintenance - changing doors, taps, door handles, filling holes, repairing skirting, fitting toilets and sinks etc.
* Using PDA’s to track, monitor and progress maintenance work
* Capable of delivering basic repairs in other trade areas e.g. tiling, plastering, patching, minor external works etc.
* Take part in 1 in 5 week callout rota (£50 per call)

Multi Trader must have –
* Experience working on social housing or local council contracts
* Experience of using PDA and familiar with social housing contract repairs order processes
* Own set of required tools
* Full UK driving license
