Working on a shift basis of Monday – Saturday 8am –8pm

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join bpha’s In House Maintenance Service, who make a difference to our customer’s lives everyday by delivering a high-quality repairs service designed around them.

We operate across Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, and we utilise the latest technology to ensure that we not only deliver a great experience for our customers, but for our colleagues as well.

We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to be responsible for the delivery and completion of repairs within our customers' homes and within empty homes (voids).

What you will be doing:

Applying your technical knowledge, skills and training to complete the repairs assigned to you in a safe and efficient manner.

*

Ensure that the repairs required are diagnosed correctly and works completed are to a high standard & quality

*

Delivering a service which understands the needs of our customers and delivers a positive outcome for them

*

To undertake additional duties commensurate with the level of this role as required

We’d love to meet someone with:

*

NVQ level 2 or higher in a Construction trade / City & Guilds 6219 –07

*

Substantial experience of Multi trade work

*

A strong, demonstratable commitment to excellent in customer service

*

A full Uk driving licence

*

Ideally educated to GCSE level or equivalent

*

Good and relevant health and safety knowledge

*

High levels of organisation, problem solving and communication skills
