Overview
ITS Property Maintenance are working with a reputable and growing contractor delivering high-quality planned kitchen replacement programmes within the social housing sector.
Due to continued contract growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Trader to join a Kitchen Fitting team, delivering planned kitchen installations across occupied and void properties in Bridgewater. Once this contract is complete then the works will be moving to Bristol which you can then move over to
Key Responsibilities
All electrics, plumbing, kitchen rip-outs will be carried out by other trades but we are looking for you to support the Kitchen Fitters, Plasterers, Painters that we have on site by delivering Multi-Trader woks including:

Delivering all aspects of repairs across tenanted and void social housing properties
*
Undertaking planned carpentry installations and remedials as part of a scheduled upgrade programmes
*
Supporting with multi-trade tasks including:
*
Splash back tiling
*
Minor external works
*
Patch plastering and making good
*
Painting and decorating to a professional standard
*
Plumbing
*
Kitchen Fitting
*
Flooring
*
Working safely and professionally within occupied properties, ensuring excellent customer care at all times
*
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements and client quality standards
What We're Looking For
*
Proven experience fitting kitchens within domestic or social housing environments.
*
Strong carpentry and kitchen installation skills plus general Multi-Trade skills sets
*
Previous experience working on planned maintenance or refurbishment programmes within social housing
*
Full UK Driving Licence and own van or own car
*
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery (or time-served experience)
*
Comfortable using PDA systems to receive and complete work instructions
*
Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach when working in residents' homes
*
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
*
Knowledge of planned maintenance contracts and SOR codes would be advantageous
