Description:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader/Maintenance Worker to join our team at a TV and film studio based in Berkshire. This position is ongoing and offers a competitive rate of £200 per day.
Responsibilities:
Carry out a variety of maintenance tasks within the studio premises, including but not limited to:
* Replacing door handles, hinges, and locks.
* Installing and repairing light fixtures and electrical fittings.
* Basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains.
* Painting and decorating as required.
* Carpentry work such as minor repairs and adjustments.
* Use your own tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress and any issues encountered.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Maintenance Worker, preferably in a commercial or studio setting.
* Proficiency in a range of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
* Own transportation and valid driving license to reach the studio location.
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
