We are looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our growing property maintenance company.The role involves carrying out day-to-day repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works in residential properties, including social housing and managed properties.Applicants must have:
* Previous experience in property maintenance
* Good knowledge of general repairs and maintenance
* A valid CSCS card
* Asbestos Awareness certification
* Face Fit testing certification
* Their own tools
* A valid UK driving licence
* A professional and reliable attitude
* Good communication and customer service skills
