We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our team carrying out reactive maintenance on social housing properties in the Thurrock area.
Requirements:
Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade
Previous experience in reactive maintenance
Social housing experience preferred
Full UK Driving Licence requiredThe Role:
Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing
General multi-trade repairs
Completing jobs to a high standard and within required timescales
