About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our team covering properties across South London, primarily within the KT and TW postcode areas. The successful candidate will be carrying out a variety of maintenance, refurbishment, and installation works to a high standard.
Essential Requirements
* Own van
* Valid Blue CSCS Card
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
* Carpentry
* Kitchen fitting
* Basic plumbing
* DGV panel fitting
* Vinyl flooring installation
* Painting & decorating
* Patch plastering
Please note: Electrical work is not required for this role.
