Multi-Trader (Residential Property Maintenance)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced all round Multi-Trader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and responsive repairs across a portfolio of private residential properties throughout London.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of day-to-day trade works, including:
Painting and decorating
Flooring installation and repairs
Carpentry tasks
Basic electrical work
Basic plumbing repairs
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Collect materials from our Wood Green store 2-3 times per week.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-trade property maintenance.
Strong skills across multiple trades (painting, flooring, carpentry, basic electrics, basic plumbing).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must have own basic tools.
Full UK driving licence required.Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 17:30 (1-hour lunch break).
Salary & Benefits
£35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Service review bonuses: £15 - £50 per positive review.
20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
Company van provided (can be taken home).
