Role: Social Housing Multi Trader
This position is working on a Planned Kitchen & Bathroom renewal program for Hillingdon Council. These will be a mixture of Void and Occupied properties. this is an ongoing long term position.
Duties will include:
* Multi Trade
* Plumbing
* Carpentry
* Tiling
* plastering
* Kitchen & Bathroom Fitting
* Vinyl Flooring
Requirements:
* Own Van + Tools
* Social housing/High volume works experience
* Kitchen and Bathroom program experience
