About the Role
Example Recruitment Group Limited is recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance company for an experienced Multi-Trader to carry out insurance repair and restoration works across North Wales and Merseyside.
The role will involve working on domestic properties affected by events such as fire and flood damage, completing a variety of repair and reinstatement works to return properties to their original condition.
We are looking for a versatile tradesperson with experience across multiple areas of property maintenance, who can deliver high-quality workmanship and work independently across a range of projects.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out property repairs and reinstatement works following fire and flood damage.
*
Complete flooring repairs and replacement.
*
Undertake brickwork and general masonry repairs.
*
Carry out plastering and rendering where required.
*
Complete internal and external decorating.
*
Undertake general building repairs and maintenance.
*
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with relevant health and safety requirements.
*
Travel between properties across North Wales and Merseyside.
Requirements
*
Proven experience working as a Multi-Trader or in a similar property maintenance role.
*
Competent in a range of trades, including flooring, brickwork, plastering and decorating.
*
Experience carrying out property repairs or insurance reinstatement works would be advantageous.
*
Ability to work independently, manage workload and deliver quality finishes.
*
Good communication and customer service skills.
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
A DBS check may be required as part of the onboarding process.
