Multi Trader – Mould Prevention & Remedial Works
Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
Job Type: Temp, Permanent
Pay: £23 - £25ph / Weekly Pay
The Role
ITS Construction is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to carry out mould prevention, plastering, patching and remedial works on a site in Tewkesbury.
These are occupied houses sub contracting for the main developer.
The role involves working within residential properties, completing repairs to a high standard while maintaining a professional and respectful approach towards residents.
Requirements
* Experience in plastering, patching and making good.
* Knowledge of mould prevention and remedial works.
* Previous experience in property maintenance or residential works.
* Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.
* Full UK driving licence.
* CSCS card desired.
