Multi-Trader – Mould Prevention & Remedial Works
Location: Witcombe, Gloucester
Pay: £23–£25 per hour | Weekly Pay
Job Type: Temporary / Permanent opportunities available
The Role
ITS Construction is currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to carry out mould prevention, plastering, patching and remedial works across residential properties in Witcombe, Gloucester.
You'll be working in occupied residential properties on behalf of a main developer, so a professional attitude, good communication skills and respect for residents are essential.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently, completing repairs to a high standard and leaving each property clean and tidy.
Key Responsibilities

Carrying out mould prevention and remedial works.

Plastering, patching and making good damaged areas.

Completing general property maintenance and repair work.
*
Working professionally within occupied residential properties.
*
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and cleanliness.
Requirements

Proven experience in plastering, patching and making good.
*
Knowledge of mould prevention and remedial works.
*
Previous experience in property maintenance or residential construction.
*
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
CSCS card desirable.
